New Saguaro piece "Lucent" for "Joshua Tree" gate

This is the main stalk of the Saguaro piece I am making for what used to be the "Joshua Tree" gate. This is the first piece I put the glass in. I will put up some more pictures of the process soon. Glass and stainless steel, got to love it.
Here are the arms with the glass mounted in them. This is the last step in fitting the glass into the stainless frames that I made for them, I bolted the glass to the mount brackets to line them up and weld the brackets in place. I had to remove the glass to finish the welding and final finish process. Here are some pictures of the piece welded into the gate with out the glass. I should have some more with it finished soon.

Here are a couple pictures with the arms welded to the main trunk and welded into the steel gate frame.

This was the original drawing that I did for the owners. I used watercolors to show the greens I would use for the piece.

This is the finished piece in all it's glory. A wonderful piece for some wonderful clients.

Here are a couple pictures the owner sent me this morning with "lucent" casting it's glorious shadow.
